Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $28$33/hour (approximately $58,240$68,640 annually, DOE)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a professional with solid AR experience who enjoys problem-solving, managing customer accounts, and supporting the finance team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling complex accounts receivable tasks independently.
Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
Perform account analysis and research discrepancies or payment issues
Monitor AR aging and support collection efforts on overdue accounts
Work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing inquiries
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring AR accuracy
Support process improvements to enhance AR efficiency and reporting
Prepare AR reports and assist with ad hoc financial analysis
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting function
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
